This quilt I finished the end of October 2017.  It has been in the works for about 10 years.  The pattern is from an old quilt magazine and is called Indian Hatchet.  Or it's newer name is Hugs and Kisses.  Enjoy!

I absolutely love this quilt.  I made it in 12 sections and then sewed the fronts together and hand stitched the backs closed.  This method is called Quilt As You Go or QAYG for short.  The blocks are approximately 5 1/2" square.  I think I might make another one only with bigger squares.
